Deposit non refundable. Remaining rental balance non refundable if cancelled within 12 weeks of arrival, unless we can relet the property. Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to safeguard against cancellation.

There is a 50€ cash cleaning charge due on arrival at the gite.
Damage deposit: we can keep a note of your credit card number as a damage deposit in the same way as a hotel does. Alternatively, £125 or 200€ will be payable on arrival which will be returned on the day of departure after an inspection of the property.
