Deposit non refundable. Remaining rental balance non refundable if cancelled within 12 weeks of arrival, unless we can relet the property. Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to safeguard against cancellation.

Damage deposit due on arrival of £200 or 200€ by cheque or in cash which will be returned on the day of departure after an inspection of the property.
