Property management

Thanks to the invaluable experience we gained when renovating our own gîte in 2005, we have been approached by guests who have bought properties near here to manage development work for them as they neither live here nor speak the language.

I am bilingual and so can communicate, negotiate and organise in French whilst feeding back information, interpreting, translating and helping clients to understand the whole process in English. I have found that communication and hands on organisation are the key elements to success when managing a project like this as well as choosing the right team of artisans to do the job well and on time.
